Founder and Principal Consultant
Madonna Moreno has over 20 years of HR experience, serving as a senior HR leader at biotech companies like DermTech, Genalyte, and Trovagene. She has focused on team development, operational efficiency, and company culture, while leading HR activities and supporting senior management. Earlier in her career, she held HR roles at the Salk Institute and the University of San Diego. Madonna holds a BA in Political Science and an MBA from the University of San Diego and is SHRM-CP and PHR certified.
